Qualifications

• The ability to serve as a positive role model for your peers and new students and families.
• Leadership potential and willingness to accept responsibility.
• Good interpersonal skills and sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of our campus community.
• Genuine interest in helping and sharing your experiences with new students and families.
• Good academic and conduct standing with the University.
• An enthusiasm for the orientation program, a willingness to be friendly, and an expectation that the experience will be fun!
• Applicants must have at least a 2.5 GPA.
• Applicants must be a current Lander student with at least 12 full-time hours.

Application Process

• Applications open September 12.

• Attend an Information Session
  • Application Information Booklet
• Group Interviews: October 14
• Individual Interviews: October 19-21
• Hire Letters will go out via email by October 24
